Sun Ho Restaurant
The fortnightly Sunday pilgrimage for me is the train ride to Campsie at midday to visit my church, Sun Ho Restaurant. Situated in Campsie RSL, the yum cha is served al a carte with such items as the Sun Ho Signature Roll, Piggy Buns, rice noodle rolls and, of course, mango pancakes. Most recently we debuted the bootleg merch that my beloved comrade Will (one of the 4 'Sun Hoes') designed in a loving expression of faith, to the joy of our friends who serve us made-to-order delicacies when we're at our lowest. I'm not sure if this means anything to you, dear reader, but this place means an enormous amount to me!
Milk
After years of drinking oat milk lattes and tending to a pathetic home compost tumbler from a significant amount of climate guilt, the allure of boujie unhomogenised milk that tastes like a refrigerated udder has taken my share house by storm. Cozzie livs doesn't seem to phase us paying $4/L for the most expensive, white gold when the comradery of asking your housemate who's just cooked you dinner if they'd like a glass of milk in the voice of a baby.
Wok hei
Forget your 15 minute meal cook books and My Muscle Chef, if you want to maximise the minuscule time you have on a work weeknight a wok burner is the way to go. Nothing is quicker than cooking whatever you damn well please than 15,000 BTU, coupled with the appealing wok hei - translated to breath of the wok. OK, enough about food!

Kidding! Culinary excursions with your homies has to, almost, single-handedly make up for the shortcomings of living in a hyperinflated, polluted city. BeefMobb is a group of 7 close friends with a shared affection for eating exorbitant, delicious and (sometimes) distant dining experiences. Cod Montages
OK OK now enough about food... While some would say I wasted a large amount of my teenage years (with an online playing time of 144 days on Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and 111 days on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2) I would say, retrospectively, that they were some of the fondest years of my insular, online life. I've recently become obsessed, again, with watching the online freaks-of-nature nostalgically, who have seemingly endless hand and finger dexterity.
Music is like sharing a part of your feelings, state of mind and soul, and, as such, it's also my initial litmus test to see if I'm going to be romantically interested in someone. I've recently become a NTS Radio Supporter for both selfish reason (you get track IDs with a timestamp) and to feel better about the whole milk thing above. My favourite shows are God's Waiting Room by David Holmes, Abby Imperial, Alexander Nut, Naomi Asa and Jamie Tiller (RIP) <3
