Water/Staying Hydrated H20
i honestly should be an ambassador for water the way i ham on about it to everyone….i truly believe staying hydrated is the key to life… i only found out a few years ago from a doctor that when you wake up in the morning you should drink around 1L to replenish what you lose in your sleep…then if you drink a coffee you need around 600ml to replenish what the coffee has taken out of you…then you start from square 1 of needing the recommended 2.6L of water per day…so technically you should be drinking around 4-5L…being a large hot man (6’4) i drink around 7L a day and can often work all day and night without any mental fatigue etc etc…give it a go !
this freak is one of a kind….we met working together on a tour where ryan was literally our chauffeur ! words can’t describe but if you can meet this goose IRL you simply must….one of the funniest cunts ever ! i even think i started to get feelings for him (also he’s single…get in line boys ! but he just moved to europe) sad face x2
